Antsy to get your paws on your Hairy Human portrait? Since each piece is custom-made with a sprinkle of love and a dash of quirk, it takes us a wee bit of time to perfect your pet's portrait. From the careful creation of your portrait to the meticulous printing process and finally the journey to delivery, every step is handled with care. Patience is a virtue that's always rewarded - good things take time, and your pet's masterpiece is no exception!
- Shipping Times
For our fabulous customers within the USA, we aim to deliver within 2-3 weeks from purchase. But, during those busy holiday times, it might stretch to 4 weeks.
As for our friends in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Singapore, Japan and parts of Europe, expect a 3-4 week wait, or up to 5 weeks when the holiday elves are out and about.

Totally on us for orders over $100!
Under that, it's just a $10 flat rate.
- Tracking your order
Each dispatch notification email includes a tracking link to keep an eye on your order's adventure. Can't find it? Drop us an email at support@hairy-humans.com, and we'll help sniff it out!
If the tracking says "delivered" but you don't have it, check with the delivery company. Often times, your item will be prematurely tagged and will deliver within the next two (2) business days. If your furry friend's portrait is still MIA after 2 days, let us know!
We are not responsible for delivery to incorrect addresses if the address was wrongfully inputted by the customer at checkout. We are not responsible for packages that have been signed as delivered but cannot be located.
- Changing Your Photo
Got a better photo? You have a whisker-thin window of 1 hour post-order to let us know. After that, our artists are already deep in creation mode. Swapping photos means starting from scratch, so we recommend being positive about your choice before hitting 'order'!
